Kelta Men's Circle

Join us on the second Thursday of every month for Kelta Men’s Circles—an intentional space for grounding, connection, and honest conversation. This month’s circle is hosted by Federico Fridman, the owner of Cacao Laboratory, and led by Patrick Hogan.

These one-hour gatherings are designed to foster connection among men in the Hudson Valley, creating space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with ourselves and with one another. Whether through breathwork, movement, storytelling, or guided dialogue, each session is unique, but the heart of every gathering remains the same: authentic connection.

Come as you are. Share, listen, or simply be. Let’s build a stronger, more grounded community.

Free Your Hips - Move With Ease

How to “De-Chair” yourself with Habits and exercises that release chronic hip tension for whole body freedom.

Do you experience chronic pain/discomfort in your hips or lower back?

Or, have you ever wondered why simple positions such as standing or laying down flat on the ground can cause so much discomfort?

Pain and tension (especially in the Knees, hips, back, and neck) can all arise from imbalances in our hip flexors and Psoas muscles. In this workshop, we’ll explore a little of the anatomy of our hip flexors and Psoas muscles, what lifestyle habits tend to cause chronic tension, and what new habits would help us restore our mobility. We’ll experience some simple principles of alignment and Restorative Exercise to release tension and increase our ability to move more freely.
