If you’re concerned about bone loss or you just want to make sure your skeleton stays healthy throughout your life, applying the lessons contained in Strong, Steady, and Straight will keep you on the right path. 

In this workshop, we’ll introduce the principles of what builds and maintains healthy bones, and talk about how to practice those principles both in your exercises and in your daily life. 

You’ll gain greater confidence that you need not live in fear of falls and breaking bones, but can live your life more fully engaged in activities you love.
