You don’t have to ditch the shoes entirely to benefit from barefoot training! Experience some simple stretches and exercises based in barefoot running technique and not only improve your running performance, but you’ll begin to address chronic conditions such as foot and joint pain, bunions, shin splints and more. Whether you’re curious about developing your ability to walk and run barefoot, or you just want to feel better while you run, this session is for you.
