I AM a movement coach and bodyworker who specializes in Restorative Exercise and Natural Movement. My Restorative Exercise certification (RES from Katy Bowman’s Nutritious Movement Institute) provides an expertise in restoring the body’s optimal alignment to both alleviate many common ailments of modern living and to regain the freedom of natural movement. My Natural Human Movement training (Mov Nat level 2) provides the platform to teach the fundamental movement skills that are our birthright as human beings.
I am also trained in Yoga (RYT-500 and ERYT-200), Thai Massage, Reiki, and Advanced Kinesiology. Each has helped me become attuned to the body’s capability for free, playful, and healthy movement.
My intention is to assist people in moving free throughout their lives as a pathway toward knowing themselves more deeply .
My methods include:

Deepening the mind/body potential through Natural Human Movement and Hatha Yoga practices
Enhancing bodily freedom and energetic healing through Bodywork
Assisting in the development of one’s personal movement & spiritual practice (known as Sadhana in the yogic tradition)
I bring a playful approach to my classes so that they can act as a forum for movement and self exploration. I believe that through play and curiosity we achieve our deepest learning and enhance our relationship between ourselves and the world.
